Refunds, Warranty & Returns Merchandise Authorization

Refunds: Refunds are allowed if returned within 7 days from delivery with the items in original condition. We recommend that you use your own trackable and insured shipping method.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returned items and deducted from your refund.

If you request a refund before your product has left our facilities, the restocking fee will be waived.

An RMA (see below) is required to return product.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. An email notification will be sent to you when the refund has been processed.

Mend Technology is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number and insurance for your records.

Equipment Warranty and Servicing

Defects to the equipment are covered for one year after the delivery date. The warranty does not cover damage or modification caused by Other Party.

It is the responsibility of the Other Party to return faulty equipment within the warranty period in order for repairs to occur. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany the equipment.

If outside of the warranty, there is a basic repair fee of $99 plus shipping.

Contact customer service for an RMA # and shipping instructions to the service center location.

Shipping costs are not included with the warranty.
